I’m so excited to share these even though I’ve been meaning to play keep up and post a lot of other photos I’ve already done first, I just can’t help but put these on here! I had a hard time narrowing down my favorites to share, but here are just a few of them. (I have a feeling I’ll be showing a slideshow of even more of them eventually!) I’ll also be back to share photos that I’ve been meaning to put up here for a while soon!
I took some photos the other day at this awesome ranch in the hill country. I’ve been busy trying to do a ton of different things at once and slowly checking some things off of my to do list, but wanted to take a little time to get these sneak peeks up for them. I had so much fun doing these and I’m sure you will agree with how adorable this little girl is! Hope everyone has a happy thanksgiving!
This santa hat is my new favorite prop! I can’t wait to take more photos of cute babies in it!
It’s so hard to believe how quickly these boys are growing up! I’m so excited to have gotten the opportunity to photograph them on their 3 month birthday! I also got one of their big brother, who was really hard to track down and get him interested in staying still for me long enough to snap a shot or two. Silly boy…he was so good at taking photos when he was younger, I bragged on him all the time because he was so easy!

First off, let me excuse myself for the clear absence I gave to my blog last week. I went to visit family for most of the week and was away from my computer. I feel bad I wasn’t even able to do my giveaway on Friday. But don’t worry, I’m going to make it up to you all!
So, this post is about the joy I typically find in my photos I take. It’s usually not at all hard to find and this session, the first of my what to wear guide sessions I booked, is just great. I found myself smiling as I went through to pick out some of my favorites as sneak peeks for my client. We had a pretty hard time getting her to smile, but we finally figured something out and I’m glad we did because her smile is just too cute for words!
She is just a perfect little model! I wanted her to model my pettiskirt props, not for the what to wear guide, but just so I can have more photos on hand of my props. And I’m sure her Mom didn’t mind getting some extra photos of her in those cute skirts either!
Baby Rhett, who isn’t much of a baby anymore is about to turn one! It’s hard to believe, the year has flown by and I’m so happy to be able to capture him many times throughout his first year. Here are just a few of my favorites, I’ll be putting more up on my website soon! With a newborn photo I took for comparision…
This little girl is just too cute! I had so much fun photographing her. 9 months is a great age to do photographs at. The brown/blue pettiskirt is one of my props. I also have a deep brightish pink (raspberry) one, which came in just days after I took these photos. I wish I could have got some with that one on her too, it would have looked great on her!
I’m a little behind on sharing my recent sessions, I’m wanting to start doing sneak peeks, so I wanted to show off some of my recent sessions to catch up. Here is baby Rhett, who won’t be a baby much longer! I took these back at the end of Nov. Isn’t he just the best for the camera? I love it!
